Royal Bank of Scotland
We recently used our fulfilment skills to help The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (the RBS group). Branches hold weekly staff training sessions on a wide range of subjects ranging from new product launches, campaign news, service and process initiatives and corporate updates.
These are communicated via a series of printed, briefing materials (most of which are produced by Sterling) which then have to be collated and packed into branded cases, often at extremely short notice, for despatch to the Group distribution centres.
